If you have 4RealMedia.com on your credit card then you have signed up for one of the subscription bases web sites we manage.

I only signed up for a trial membership.

We do not and have never offered trial memberships.

We feel those types of memberships attempt to trick the surfer, and we feel this is not a good business practice.

All of our join pages, emailed reciepts, and our terms and conditions pages clearly state that all subscription memberships are recurring until we receive word from the customer to cancel the subscription.

Someone else must have made this charge on my card.

To make a purchase with us, the card's CVV2 must match at time of purchase, CVV2 codes are never recorded or stored, which means the person making the charge either had the card in their hands, or at one time did.

With the help of our custom IP to physical location software and local ISPs we can track down who made the charge on your card, and we are more than willing to help you prosecute the person who used your card.

In most cases this person usually is a family member or friend of the card holder.

Can I get a refund?

As stated in the Terms and Conditions that you agreed to when signing up to any of our sites by changing the agreed to box from "no" to "yes", all memberships are non refundable.

When may I cancel my subscription?

You may cancel at any time!

Your membership will then be valid and you will have website access until the current billing term has expired. So you can cancel the first day of your subscription if you desire and you will still access to the site for the full term of your membership.
